These no-bake peanut butter cookies are one of the things I very distinctively remember my mum making for us growing up quite frequently. It is a super easy recipe that is ready in just a few minutes and they are just plain addictive, plus they are no bake, so you don’t even have to turn on the oven. The perfect cookie for summer!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (can sub smooth)
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup margarine
Instructions:
- Bring sugar and milk to boil. Boil 1 minute.
- Quickly add rest of the ingredients.
- Drop by spoonful’s onto waxed paper or cookie sheets. Let cool.
Variations:
1. Omit peanut butter- add tbsp cocoa + 2 tbsp marg.
2. Substitute Nutella or Biscoff spread for the peanut butter

2. Add handful of chocolate chips.
